1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was delivered (e.g., different model or variant).
  • The item is brand new, unused, and in original condition (only for certain change-of-mind cases, subject to approval).
  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Note: Due to the nature of electronic goods and digital storage, returns for used or installed items are strictly limited unless proven defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos/videos (for defective or wrong item claims)
  2. Our support team will review your case and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
  3. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address or collection arrangement.

3. Return Shipping

  • For items confirmed to be defective or wrongly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • For change-of-mind returns (if accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure the item is packed securely in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Replacements will be shipped out within 2–3 business days (subject to stock availability).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned after 7 days without prior approval.
  • Items with physical damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals.
  • Clearance or promotional items, unless proven defective.
