1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only, including:
- Peninsular Malaysia
- Sabah and Sarawak
- Major cities and rural areas (via select courier partners)
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
3. Delivery Time & Methods
We work with trusted courier partners (such as J&T Express, PosLaju, and DHL eCommerce) to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times:

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on location, product weight, and courier rates:
- Standard Shipping (WM): RM10 – RM20
- East Malaysia (EM): RM15 – RM35
- Free Shipping is available for orders above RM1000 (Peninsular Malaysia only)

5. Self-Collection (By Request Only)
Self-collection is not routinely available and is considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to request self-collection from our Kuala Lumpur showroom, please text or email us in advance to check availability and make special arrangements.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may track your parcel on the courier’s official website using this number. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.
7. Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed or lost in transit:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order number and tracking information.
- We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed.
- Replacement or refunds for lost items will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Take clear photos of the packaging and items.
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. VIZIOTRACK SDN. BHD. is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect address or contact information
- Unreachable recipients
- Failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned due to incorrect details, re-delivery charges will apply.
